Here follow some guidelines that will help you make the most of the services provided by Guildfare.
Obviously it is helpful to give us as much notice as possible to issue tickets. We can't guarantee same day ticket dispatch if your instructions are received after 4 p.m.. However we now offer an e-ticketing option with most major carriers which provides many advantages, particularly for last-minute orders. Click here for more details.
When essential, we can arrange TODs with certain airlines. The applicable rule in our fares database tells you if a particular airline is able to arrange a nett fare TOD. In addition, we also provide a courier service to collect from Guildfare and deliver to LHR, LGW, LCY and STN. This service is chargeable at rates which vary according to degree of urgency and choice of airport.

These amounts are in addition to any airline cancellation fees that may be charged.
Name changes - Airlines will not normally permit name changes on nett fare tickets so please ensure that correct (and complete) names are always used.
No shows - If a booking is not going to be utilised, please ensure that the PNR is cancelled straight away. Generally, airlines will not make refunds if passengers do not use reservations still held as they will be classed as no-shows.
You will find that airlines will queue PNRs to you (as the PNR was created by your agency and not Guildfare) asking you to advise ticket numbers by a certain deadline. Do ensure that full details of such requests are passed to Guildfare for action. It is important that you respond to airline requests for ticket numbers otherwise the PNRs will be auto-cancelled. The chances of then getting seats rebooked in the required class are unfortunately minimal.
When you need us to post an urgent ticket or arrange a TOD, we do not insist on prior payment. Normally, once we have received full payment for a booking, we will (unless otherwise agreed) issue the ticket approximately one month prior to the departure date. Bookings received for departures within 21 days will be ticketed as soon as possible. Bookings received for departures beyond 21 days will be put forward for ticketing as soon as full payment has been received. Note that Guildfare's receipt of full payment of a booking will protect the fare against any increases that may occur prior to the departure date.
