URGENT – IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS TO UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS

All U.K.passport holders wishing to travel to the United States will be required to complete electronic authorisation (ESTA). A visa waiver form MUST be completed and approved AT LEAST 72 hours prior to departure. This also applies to passengers in transit to a third country.
Passengers travelling on a valid U.S. visa will not need to apply for an ESTA.
Children and infants must have their own authorisation (ESTA).
Travellers must apply online through the ESTA website.
The System will advise applicants whether travel to the US has been authorised, not authorised or authorisation is pending.
Travellers will still be required to fill the green I-94 immigration form provided at check in or onboard on the day of travel which must be presented to customs upon arrival.
An ESTA is valid for two years unless it is revoked or passport expires.

Failure to complete the ESTA for each traveller may result in travellers being denied boarding.

We have just been advised by Thai Airways International that with immediate effect we cannot accept queued PNRs on TG any more. This means Guildfare will have to generate the actual reservation as already happens with KL/AF/NW/SQ. We are more than happy to do this for you and to continue to provide the service you have come to expect. As you create the PNRs for ticket issue by Guildfare, your company will earn the sector credits - not us!

You can now use Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan or Amadeus to queue bookings to us, requesting (for example) issue of tickets or quotes for fares that are not available on our database.

We offer e-ticketing with all major airlines.
We can issue tickets for close departure dates prior to receipt of your payment. If you hold an ATOL, the invoices we raise are nett, which allows you to easily add your own chosen mark-ups.
Important news is communicated to branch managers via email.
Airline failure protection
In view of the current financial climate we have taken the decision to provide AFP cover on all tickets issued. The charge for this will be £4.00 per ticket.
Currently Olympic Airlines, Alitalia and Frontier Airlines are excluded from cover.
From time to time this list of carriers may increase or decrease according to each individual airline's financial status. Please be aware that conditions relating to carriers under bankruptcy protection or with a threat of insolvency will apply.
British Airways published fares
British airways charge a fee of £2.00 per sector for each round trip ticket. Guildfare includes this charge in the quoted price.
We can offer ticketing service for published fares. Please enquire for fees.

Important Reminder Re AF/KL/NW/SQ/TG PNRs

All AF/KL/NW/SQ/TG booking requests must be e-mailed to info@guildfare.com to allow Guildfare to create the PNRs for you. This is an AF/KL/NW requirement which applies to all their consolidators. It does not apply to any other airlines offered by Guildfare.

Guildfare will make the actual AF/KL/NW/SQ/TG bookings and Q the PNRs to you. Please check them carefully to ensure accuracy. Do be aware that it is possible that between you e-mailing your request to us, and us attempting to book, your requested flight(s) may become full. If this does occur, we will unfortunately not be able to confirm your request.

When you e-mail your booking requests to us, please specify if you want us to create the PNR on Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan or Amadeus and include your Pseudo City Code and Q number. When you require Guildfare to take action, e.g. issue the ticket, just Q the PNR to us in the usual way.
